Joseph Patrick Giron July 20, 1955 – February 8, 2026

Joe was a United States Marine Corps veteran and a beloved presence in Phoenixville. After experiencing homelessness himself, he became one of Orion Communities' most dedicated advocates - connecting neighbors in crisis to housing, food, and hope. He served on the advisory board at Whitehall Apartments, joined Allies for Housing in Chester County on trips to Harrisburg, and never hesitated to walk someone through Orion's doors. He believed hardship does not define a person. Compassion does. Joe is deeply missed by his wife Margot, his family, and the many lives he touched.
Gifts made in Joe's memory will continue the work he cared so deeply about through Orion Communities.
