Orion Legacy Fund

The Orion Legacy Society is a fund that supports Orion’s future by creating lasting resources to serve vulnerable neighbors for generations to come, while honoring donors whose values reflect Orion’s mission and vision.

Orion’s legacy fund helps Orion remain stable through changing economic conditions and expand opportunities to serve those in need. Orion’s Legacy Society members will know their generosity creates a lasting legacy of compassion and support throughout Chester County.

The Orion Legacy Society accepts multi-year commitments, cash gifts, stocks,
bequests, trusts, and other major gifts. As a quasi-endowment fund, it provides the Orion Board of Directors flexibility to support program expansion, capital and infrastructure needs, operations, equipment and unforeseen community needs that are congruent with Orion’s mission.

To learn more about making a gift through the Orion Legacy Society, please contact the President of the Board of Directors. Legacy Society gifts begin at $10,000 and may include cash, securities, bequests, trusts, and other planned gifts. These will continue to grow through investment earnings, providing ongoing annual support for Orion’s mission.

If you have already included Orion in your estate or legacy plans, we would be honored to know. While we do not need to know the amount of your gift, your inclusion allows us to recognize and thank our legacy donors, whose commitment also inspires others to support Orion’s mission for generations to come.
